the VKG shop is an internet based shop run by a third party. so we are limited to the merchandise they offer. we are talking about running some of our own t-shirts and maybe some patches, but just haven't had time to look into it and raise the extra capital needed to pull that off (not cheap at quantity). membership cards have been next on our agenda.
give us a little bit of time. more merchandise is going to be a prime focus of mine in the beginning of the new year. i would prefer that the logo not be used for one-off's so we can ensure quality and have all in the club benefit.
now what would be a huge help is if you can gather some quotes for patches and run them by me. i can pull the artwork together, get the costs covered and handle purchase and distribution. if you want to gather that info, just hook up with me so we can talk specifics about things like thread count (because these would need to be embroidered) and color options. i will also need to talk with the manufacturer about the artwork files, etc. come to think of it, i may have a contact here in ATL that i just haven't tapped yet.
let's get a head count of how many VKG'ers are interested in a patch. i will start a new thread with a poll and link from here.
