Hey everybody, sorry for the long absence but I will be getting back into my volkswagen real soon. I had a bunch of crap to sort out in my life before I could deal with the bug. Right now I am in a really good place with my life. I live in a nice quite neighborhood with my girlfriend who loves me very much. Her dad just bought a Meyers Manx and I have been helping him to get it running. It is a great way to get in some future father-in-law bonding time. As of right now I don't have internet access so I will only be able to check in when I am at my Moms house. Peace out for now...

I'm trying to make an effort to work on my car at least one day a week. This sunday or monday I want to weld up my seat brackets and thow my 996 seats on the chassis. I still need to decide what to do with my body. It is really too bad to fix so I was thinking of just selling it to someone who wants a baja bug body.
