Rear IRS kit
 

I received the Old Speed split bus conversion kit to Beetle IRS. This might be painful...

Needless to say lots of welding and exact measuring will be needed and probably a few days or more on jack stands tinkering with it.

I still need to get some rear IRS control arms... Lets just say the 17mm bolt that holds them on is less than easy to remove.

Other than that I think most all the parts are ready to go or easy to pick up in a couple days. More than I care on listing :(

Probably start the conversion in late February.

Jeeze, mine's been up for at least a month now waiting on parts. Parts that aren't gonna arrive for at least another couple weeks! Sad thing is, we actually had some beautiful days I could'a had the windows flipped and been cruising!:silly:
