have these 3 gear oils.....which do i use?
 

well i have managed to buy 3 different gear oils in the past few months. now i dont know which to use:

Agip Rotra EP (mineral) 80W90 -->bought at exotic car service shop (imported from Italy) 12L case

Shell Helix (Synthetic) 75W90 -->bought at Ferrarri dealer$$$ (eurospec oil, NOT north american shell oil) 3L

Amsoil (Synthetic) 80W90 -->purchased locally, 1 gallon

which should i use and why?
2332 EFI
4puck, 1700lbs PP
3.88 close ratio that will be beaten on.
tranny is fresh rebuild (Kevin Shull) and sitting dry.
