Under-Hood Gas cap ?
 

I want to make my gas tank hinge so I have easier access to the
front suspension.
In order to do this I need to get a gas cap on the actual tank in stead of in the front fender.

Any ideas ? (Besides getting an older tank which already has the cap on the tank).


I've also been thinking about getting a fuel cell.... :cool:

I think you've already posted the only options, either an early tank or a cell. Perhaps some hinge contraption that lifts the tank out as the hood rises, if that's not too bogus.
