Question?

Last week on the I-5 heading toward Tacoma I saw a Honda Civic Hatchback pick up its fron end and then rear end then rocked it from side to side while driving down the road. I realize that this is hydralics of one type or annother but it must be a smaller system due to the size of the vehicle. Has anyone done this to a bug? I think it would be a good idea for theft deterent due to the fact that you could raise the wheels up into the wheel wells and lay the vehicle flat.

bags don't do much for performance. i am more concerned with performance than a very, very expensive theft deterent. if you are after protection i would recommend many other cheaper deterents.

bags & hydros are cool for custom VDubs, but German Look cars should be built more for handling & ride then anything else.

Having a car with these expensive items would only make it more desirable to be stolen.

True dat! I refrained but since it's been brought up twice now I must say this post should be on the Cal-Look forum.

..And perhaps the car-park/traffic lights forum?

You lot will be amazed, blown over even if you're ever fortunate enough to see the Mercedes CGI presentation of the their active suspension influence effort, prepare yourselfs for digital 'Spring/Mass/Damper- by wire!' almost ;)

Control and response techno meets hydros'

I've never seen this done to a Bug.

I seen one before, wasn't too impressed with a go-bot car.
