Swedish laws on hotted up VWs

What's the deal about brakes and horsepower in Sweden? Anyone know?

Some countries require that you have good enough brakes if you upgrade your horsepower. I don't know the specifics though.

I know 77hp is the limit for front disks only. I have a 2270 type 4 that can put out up to 150 (now that I have a tangerine), so I would guess I need to have rears, too. I'm just wondering if there is a rule as to what *kind* of brakes they want given a particular amount of hp. Would I have to go all out and get vented, cross drilled brembos? Or would 914/aftermarket rears work okay?

I don't know. In germany the brakes are rated for horsepower. T.U.V. I belive is the regulating agency for vehicle certification.
