5x130 wheel alternatives

I plan on running the 944 disc brakes on the front and redrill the rear for 5x130 porsche bolt pattern. Who else (manufacturer) runs this bolt pattern?
Just wondering what else may be available, not too many porsche wheels in this area and shipping from the US can cost more than the wheels ($200 phone dials)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that is the problem with going Porsche, you have to go Porsche!

If you convert to 944 brakes then you have to buy wheels with the 5X130 pattern. But you don't have to run OEM wheels. There are plenty of after market wheels that can be had in the Porsche 5X130 pattern. Check out Tirerack.com for one. They sell a lot of different style wheels in the pattern you'll need. They don't rip you off on shipping charges either like some of the sellers on Ebay.

Btw. I just scored a set of OEM Boxter turbo twists in 17X7 and 17X8.5 for $525 US and $80 shipping from an ebay seller. The wheels are perfect except for one small scratch on one of the 8.5's.

If you're patient and can take time to shop ebay, visit Porsche swap meets, etc, you can get a good price on wheels. Good luck.

Porsche is the only one using the 5x130 that i am aware of. but, as was stated, there are plenty of aftermarket manufacturers that make alternatives for that pattern. bad news is they all have Porsche price tags attached to them. just be patient and find the right deal. they are out there.

I really like the phone dials when they are polished, but i thought I better check to see if my search was being too narrow minded. Thanks guys

Anybody have a good site for a listing on porsche wheels and their offsets?
i found a good one for the 924/944 wheels but most don't list the wheel offset.
