1302 headlights

Is it the Golf 1/2 headlight which can be used in a 1302?

I have crystal units from a Golf and wondered if they were interchangeable.

I was told when I was investigating that all single headlights were seven inches in diameter until the days of HID, H4s, projectors and the like. So, it should be okay. (I forget the diameter of the vintage dual headlights although I want to say 5½".)

The 7" round headlight is an industry standard, no matter the car, they will fit.
