Nathan Keith!?!

I was reading an article in Ultra VW March issue about a Mint green Vintage racer 64 Beetle. Anyways, it has a swing axle and a "Nathan Keith cable-and-pulley" system that controls wheel tuck under hard cornering. Does anybody has any details about this set-up? Thanks.
