9 inchers under 1 1/4" wider rears?
 

Anyone get 9 inch wide rears to fit under 1 1/4" wider rear fenders? On a swing axle. Pictures?

i got a 1303 with 17 x 9 wheels, wings are about 65mm wider,

i had to use 235 tyres whcih are a little too small for the rim, but they do fit.

245 tyres also fitted, but i could not get hold of a matching pair.

beware different tyre makes will physically be different from eachother even if they say they are the same size.

i had 245 bfgoodrich, and 245 uniroyal, they was about 15mm different in width

i have 16x7's under stock fenders on a 67 swing, but I think if my tires were narrower, i could fit 8's, so i'm guessing if you had just the right offset you may be able to get 9's under your 1 1/4 fenders, but may have some issues getting the wheel on with the spring plates dropped.
