964 front set up

Hi Folks,

Has anyone made a set up using all 964 gear- rotors and calipers?
Or even just 964 calipers with another rotor?

Would it fit under a 15" wheel?

Thanks in advance,
James

hello, due to my searcing and probing
-i think i understand that the 964 had 3 different diamter discs

-298 by 28
305 by 32
and 322 by 32

-all i have bought is the top one -55 quid, its total height -face to disc edge is 80mm

-i am hoping the bigger ones share this offset

-ps it all depends on what 15 inch wheels

i have personally fitted a e34 bmw disc at 299 to an early hub, by machining it -106.4 and drilling, and with spacers fitted it to a type 2 spindle

-it then ran a 996 rear caliper -i didn't then know that the 986/boxster fronts were the same size, but use bigger pistons

-there you go, was used with a new bay -ie 2002 bay window, king and link spindle
-same as late bay caliper holes
-early 944 hub -spacers
e34 bmw discs are 299 by 26
-996 rear caliper with an easy peasy adaptor -ie 1.1/4 steel with 4 holes in:D

any hoots -it all works, plus it fit a 15 inch fuch, and the steelie -53 et and the other ones the 911 ones
-i am sure the 964 disc, due to its 80mm offset will go in a 15 inch wheel -maybe
