T1 5Speed

ok guys just Got the new 74 and it Needs a 5 Speed I have a Spare T1
trans how are the Convertion Kits for those like ?

Very expensive to convert a stock trans to 5spd (Berg5). If your keeping it pretty stock, do the early Porsche trans.

a berg 5 your lookin at at least 3,000, and it only goes up from there.

If you're interested, I've got a Porsche 914 5 speed transmission that I purchased the 911 nosecone and shiftrod for to put in my Ghia, but I'm going to go another route so I'm going to off it.
