Try Gabriel's VW Keys & Locks. I had Gabriel re-key my ignition and two door locks to match and cut me three OE VW keys when I built me car. He turned them around in less than a week. Super guy....

Most of the trim is polished/anodized aluminum. Rough it with some 225 grit, spray some etching primer, and finish it with bumper paint of John Deere Blitz Black... ;)...
