CF floor pans would be sweet. I would consider using 3M structural tape to bond the CF to the car. One precaution worth noting is that SCCA dosent allow cars that dont have aluminum or steel floors....

I dunno 30lbs max I guess. Aluminum would be nice but I would have to be able to weld it. I can try to gas weld the stuff but Carbon fibre sounds simpler and I can do more with it.
