Another Porsche/Kerscher brake converstion question

I have a line on some pretty crusty Porsche 4-piston calipers. From casual inspection, they look pretty rough and would need at least a rebuild but could be worse. The asking price is pretty cheap...

I think its the brake kit

I have the CSP vented rotor kit that has expanded the track by about 10mm per side. I'm sure that doesn't help. On my car it looks great as it is sitting still with a nice flush look to the fenders...

I think this is usually done for emissions purposes on newer cars (since the mid 70's in the US) to prevent hydrocarbons from the crankcase from venting to the atmosphere. Still a good idea though....
