For sure you have to interchange pulley-diameters, just to get the correct ratio.

A safe thing, to be warned, that the diameter is too small is, if the generator light comes on! LOL

Thx, I just bruised my back, as somebody stood on my skiers. It was directly on the 1st day and I had to pause a day (doc said 5 days, but I wanted to ski)! It was wonderful, after all!

Stock engine, simple oil, my advice. I would take cheap 5W-40 synth oil or a half-synth oil on the same basis. Even a high quality mineral oil would work and last long in such an engine!

Not completely true. The cylinder looks like it would be longer, but the top cooling fin of the cylinder is machined down. You can get Mahle (look-a-likes) setups for 71mm stroke and for 80mm stroke...
