I think that your disc thickness depends on the style caliper that you use. I used the Boxster monoblocks (black in color). The correct disc thickess for these disc is 24mm front and 20mm rear. ...

For the rear I used the 944 20mm thick rear disc.

For the fronts I used the 3.2 carrera front disc which is 24mm thick.

There is a small discrepancy in the radius of the 944 disc vs the boxster...
