When stripping the transmission down... do your best to keep the gaskets in one piece. The gasket between the intermediate plate and the main case sets the backlash and mesh pattern of the crown and pinion so it needs to stay the same. Get some cheap micrometers and have yourself setup with lots of bench space and boxes and a camera.
They are pretty straight forwards and not difficult to rebuild.
Gear ratios are

1 11/34 = 3.09
2 18/34 = 1.88
3 23/29 = 1.26
4 27/25 = 0.93
5 31/22 = 0.71
Ring and Pinion 7/31 = 4.429
