it is very important to use a rear 944T caliper on the front if you want to use Kerscher disks. It is interesting to here that they do not sell the kits anymore.
You can get the disks and kits still at CSP.

If you have all the stuff that is needed from a Porsche 944 S2 I would suggest to pic up some hubs and get some spacer machined for the bearings.
This will be a lot cheaper. If you have low offset rims you might want to look and machining the hub like in my article where you got the information from. Drawings are there. It takes out some of the track increase.
