My first question is what is the best method of stiping the paint other than blasting or chemicals. Is a DA (dual action) sander best?

Then, the right way to weld up the molding (chrome) holes?

THEN, body filler. what brand works best and how should it be applied, and then leveled and smoothed out?

I have some other questions on instaling "NACA" air duct in the lower 1/4 pannels but will ask those later when i have more time.

Thanks!

for stripping paint, even though you mentioned NO chemicals...you can use "aircraft" stripper(auto zone, kragen, etc). Its a thick creamy ooze that you put on kinda thick then minutes later the paint just bubbles right off. Scrap of with a plastic spatula(sp?) ad you have a great fresh surface to work on. It may take a few times, (if there is multiple layers of paint, bondo, etc) but it works pretty well! Oh, and make sure you clean it off super good, you dont want any of this left behind!! OH, 1 more, WHERE protection (gloves, eyes, at hat, etc) i got some on my hand once and it starts to feel like it's eating away the skin!!!
