From the other springplate pics seems like you fabbed some brackets to mount the bar to the arms.. what about the torsion bar housing.. did you cut and weld the 944 brackets to the beetle torsion bar tube..

I am using the late aluminum arms. I used some 1" square tubing to make the sway-bar mounts. I than used some plate steel to build up the bushing seating surface. I tham simply ordered the stock 944 bushing clamps and hardware. Here are a few pics...
