Yeah, with my wheels the grease caps fit thru the holes in the centre of the rim but stuck out about 3/4". Needless to say they looked aweful! I was kind of dreading the fabrication/machining to get them to look right, then my wife started to play around fitting up the parts and it just seemed to fall together. Something to think about is that the grease caps have a slight taper to them so if you are thinking of turning them down you will have to "stretch" them a little to get them to fit, not really the easiest thing I imagine!? My car is in the paint shop this week getting the final polish done but when I get it back I'll take a few pix.
What brand/size of rims are you running? any chance you have pix?
