I don't know if the whole kit would work on an IRS car but at least the rear mount would.

Ever thought about chopping up your oil pan to expand it horizontally while shrinking it verticlly. I saw someone modify their oil pan so that it looked like a "deep sump" kit for a VW engine. That and you could always get a remote oil filter adapter kit to move the filter from harms way.
