Vincent is right, plan out any body modifications & when you've got that sorted get the bodywork repaired/painted to get the highest quality paint job your budget will get you.
Next the three most important things, suspension, brake upgrade & then THE most important of these (especially if you plan on a 6 pot Porsche motor) is the wheel/tyre combination. It's not just about looks especially when you've got nearly 300BHP the wrong side of the rear axle

you want the best tyre you can afford.
When your happy with that little lot go searching for the Porsche engine & gearbox.
