I usually use some high temp silicone to hold the gaskets in place. It also will help to seal everything up. Make sure that the pipes are straight where they meet the heads, sometimes I have to install aftermarket exhausts on motorcycles and ther are not always high quality. A little hammering and tweeking and some silicone may be required.
