Thanks to all for the info .. I've tried to run the oil level a little higher on the dipstick, it works but I don't like the idea of driving around after a day at the track, for instance, with an overfull case.
I've heard from some users that they don't like the scavenging capacity of the CB pump and you've confirmed it here.

How long till that pump you're working on is complete ? My car is in storage for the winter and I'm starting on the 901 5 speed and kafer brace install. I figure I could wait untill late Feb - early Mar 2005 at the latest for a permanent solution.
