For the second time, "feestcomité Persijzer" and Nico D'Haene organise an aircooled VW-meeting.
After last years success, we decided to keep the 2nd meeting for 2 days ! So note following data in your agenda’s: 7th and 8th May 2005.
Besides sprint, child animation and other activities, there’ll also be camping and sanitary facilities. Entrance 5,00 € per vehicle, visitors for free.
The number of campingplaces will depend on the number of inscriptions. Therefore inscription beforehand is required and possible till 27/4/05 per mail and by transferring 25,00 € on following account (no bankcosts in Europe): BE40 0014 4513 1763 / BIC : GEBABEBB (mentioning name + persons).
After payment, your reservation is made and place guaranteed. When you leave on Sunday, your 25,00 € will be returned camping and sanitary for free!!!!
On Saturday, we start at 10.00 o’clock, with possibility to sprint. In the afternoon, a trip of +/- 40 km in the environment is planned.
In the evening, a big buffet is organized (3p of meat/fish, vegetables, chips) and discobar afterwards. Price: 13,00 € pp (kids till 12 year for 6,00 €). Inscriptions until 27/4/2005 by transfer on following account: BE40 0014 4513 1763 / BIC : GEBABEBB (mentioning name + persons)
On Sunday, there is show and shine top 10, final of sprint, price-giving at 17.00 h and act of international artist…….
