Hey Troy - the planning of the new project looks great....a little expensive but great nonetheless!!
I hope it all goes well for you, at least you can have fun for the time being with your current bug until something comes along.
Just remember to roughly work out how long your new project will take....then double it at least......and estimate how much it will cost to build....and triple that at least
