Ok...After backing the car out of the garage I looked at the lights again and it DOES seem like the brighter one was merely pointed slightly higher somehow and that was what was causing the problem.
NOW...I have a bigger issue Which I'll put on a separate post to ensure replies.
After placing the tail-lights on...None of my signals work. No Left...NOo right...No hazards...no break lights. Oddly...The running lights work fine..eg. the lights that come on when the switch goes on.
The Turn signal actuator is brand new and all of the fuses are brand new and fine.
I have a sinking feeling the wiring is to blame...maybe a bad ground?
Headlights still work fine.
Any thoughts?
