I'll probably be answering my own post (again), but maybe somebody is getting some use out of this thread. 

 Anyway, here goes, has anyone powdercoated over the anodized finish on four piston brembo calipers? I split the caliper and popped the pistons out. It appears to me that the halves were anodized black inside and out. Where I work, we have stuff anodized and teflon coated all the time and these calipers look anodized, but I never seen or heard of anyone powdercoating over an anodized part. Has anyone had thier calipers powdercoated? Anodized parts are dipped in a hot acid solution that changes the color of the aluminum, so, it is not easy to remove. I would like to know the long term effect of powdercoating over anodized parts, if anyone has had this done.
