You guys are always saying more info so, I just want to know if I can modify the Type 1 fan for the Type 4. Do I use a Type 4 flywheel w/ a Type 1 clutch? Can I use the Type 1 carb w/ modified Type 4 manifolds? I have used the search function on GL, Shoptalk, & Samba (no body shows anything for a BASIC swap) most of what I get are suby conversions & posts telling people to use the search button. :help:
