...make sure you locktite the bolt that stops the mirror moving up and down, As my car has suicide doors i have put the switch for the door in the mirror.Also they are easy to paint as mine have been painted, i used filler primer then sanded them then on with the top coat and laquer
You could also think about adding some extra indicators on the mirrors
