The guidance tube? Is that like the bowden tube on typeI tranny? I thought about maybe trying to use some type of slave cylinder instead of a cable. I'm going to be using a late model bus typeIV motor so no pressure plate problems. So, i will have to address the throw out bearing and clutch fork set-up. It looks like a strange set-up the way the clutch lever works. I might be intrested in a clutch lever when you get them.

I have a late model ali base 911 shifter w/bushing bracket on it . Fabricating a base for it to fit bug tunnel. Also have the shift rod and coupler w/boot from same car (will need to lengthen rod of course). Will fab tranverse mount also. I'm using 944 axle's and CVs so should bolt up to flanges (the bolt pattern matched when i checked with one of my 944 CVs).

I've checked the bugat5speed web site out quite a few times. There is very high quality parts on there. I can read some of the stuff (moms full blooded German) but some of the technical words are hard to translate. My German is "ser schlesht" (spelling?) learned mostly from my cousins in Germany during summer visits some fifteen years ago.

Thanks,
