I (and I'm sure Jake too) never said the blue coil won't last for long, what we said is that 2 out of 3 of the "blue coils" won't last for long. The Parts Whores selling stuff at bargain prices are selling "Blue Coils" that are not of a quality we consider "OK". IOW, our blue coils are fine, and are as good as the original one that came with the car, but most of the blue coils sold are sweatshop made and the quality is sure to leave you stranded shortly after installation.
