IMO, take it to a machine shop and have them polish the bearing journals. How long had the motor run before it seized? If it had not run for very long you might be able to use some "fine" emery cloth torn into strips as wide as journal and wrap the cloth around it, and run it back and forth a few times. Do this all the way around the journal to try and keep the "polishing" even. But, I highly recommend a automotive machine shop.
