video up on youtube, its not germanlook, but for those considering a suby swap it shows a short drive down a back road in my '69 bus. I was running it without a tach so I hit the rev limiter a couple times
, it comes pretty quickly with the low gearing. We were probably going a little fast given some wildlife could've jumped out, but as you can tell by the camera guy laughing so hard it was fun.
