Pretty crappy day. Cold with some rain.
I didn't feel like digging around, and coming off of the night shift was tired. I went up to look around. He still has tons of stuff, wants good money for it, but seems very flexible. Asked him when he needed to be off the property, he says, "In about 6 months". So, i'll be back in the spring.
