Hi,
BAS sells the german Schleicher cams with cam wheel already attached and American cams of - I believe - Eurorace (an 'H' grind is one of them).
The duration is measured differently, so is hard to compare, but in gereral I believe that the Schleicher cams use more overlap (duration) and less lift as compared to the American cams. I have used a Eurorace cam some 5 years ago with type 1 like type 4 lifters (yes they did exist, no bushings needed) and after about 6000 km, they still looked absolutely perfect (wanted to do some mods to the engine case). The american cams cost less also.
For my new engine, I have ordered a split duration Webcam.
