Hello,

I just have bought this type of system. I will mount it on a stock width 1915cc. Didn't run the engine yet (it's off the car) but I tried to fix it on the heads, exactly from the same curiosity, to see how the flanges fit. I can assure you that they fit just perfect (without gaskets and by simple nut tightening, any gap between the head flanges and the exhaust flanges is eliminated on all four ports. Maybe I'm too lucky or maybe the problems arise after I start the engine! Anyway, I don;t think that any problem will appear because all the primary tubes have an independent movement between them (the tubes are slip-in at three points with helper springs BUT it isn't clearly seen on the pictures). I hope that it will behave perfectly also after the firing up! By the way, do you have any suggestions of what can be done for using warm air for heating?
