I'm affraid that the problems that I have heard of come after driving the car. I posted this message on a couple of forums (STF and VZI) as well and have already had a reply from somebody that has just thrown one of these systems away!
Apparently the weight of the system makes it shake itself loose when driving about. He did say that you could probably fabricate up some rubber straps or something to support it all a bit better but he couldn't be botherd.
As far as heat goes, I was gonna get an erberspacher (spelling?)bn2 petrol heater, but now may get a CSP Streetsport exhaust and a couple of Hi-po heat exchangers.
