I am totally legal as of 4:30pm yesterday... tagged & insured that is.

I so am so happy to have my 71 1302 on the road finally.

It has been a 4 year hiatus that I have not driven an aircooled VW. I sold my 2 type 3's to help get my down payment on my 94 Nissan 300zx. I bought a 67 VW 2 years ago but it has not been on the road yet & will probably be sold soon

I have owned & driven 7 aircooled & 2 watercooled VW's over the last 17 years, so I am really happy to be driving one again.

Looking forward to many enjoyable years of driving aircooled VW's. I dont think I will ever be without one again.
