Die-grinder kinda stuff.
Most (if not all) of the parts can be bought (e-brake adaptors, hub and bearing parts, bushings...ect)
Some parts (like rear spring plates) do require you to whip out the power grinder and have a grind session with your rear shock towers...for bolt clearance.
Do a search for the basics... there really is a lot of info on this, but there is also a few different ways of going about the swap(s) depending on what year and model of car you source your parts from.
AT the moment im using early N/A 944 brakes (calipers & rotors), spindles, spring plates, torsion bars, 19/21 944 master cylinder.
Works great... but i DO need more rear brake, so some sorting is in order at the moment (may try pads.. or hydro stuff)
