1973 Bus. How much is it worth?
I have a 1973 VW Bus. It is in fair condition...it is two-tone. White on top and red under. Paint is original...and a bit on the weathered side. The interior is actually in good condition and stock...no reupholstering. No rust. Small hole and dent in driver's side door. Exterior spare in front. Suitcase engine.
The engine needs clutch adjustment/replacement. Other than that, it runs fine. Being that it is 1973, it needs no smog...which is a big PLUS in my book.
If you don't mind, could you give me some guesstimates on it's value? I don't want someone to cheat me outta some value, nor do I want to cheat someone in asking price.
I bought it from my Bro-in-law for $300.00 5 years ago. It was a family deal...
