I would be concerned that the space saver rim is up to the job of full time duty. It was speed limited IIRC, that maybe related to the variation of wheels and tyres when used but I doubt whether Porsche will sanction it for full duty all round.

The 312mm disc will fit within the largest diameter of a 16" wheel with 37mm clearance for the caliper - thats seems a bit tight for a Brembo unit. Normally, the caliper sits closer to the nave of the wheel that is further narrowed by the rim well (~ 15mm) I had this problem when fitting the 928S4 caliper to the standard 15" wheel. It was correctly set for 944 N/A disc but fouled the wheel. Shaving the caliper didn't work well enough so I had to add spacers that are currentlyt 31mm, that meant wide wings and an increase in the front track to compensate for the rear track width etc etc etc.......
