One important thing is that you do not oversize the cooler. I have a 90 pass Mesa cooler mounted between the bottom of the front bumper and the frame head ( I cut the apron). Let me tell you, even on the 116deg day that i test drove it, the oil didn't get to operating temp. Most likely my thermostat is broken. But I can attest to the tremendous cooling power of a front mount. I used .5 OD aluminum tubing for the main sections with a few rubber joints in between.
Does anyone know the correct connections for the CB Oil thermostat???
