Does anyone know of any ecotec builders? Reading the GM performance book got me interested but i just need to get in contact with some ecotec motor builders. 400 Ponies on stock internals! 170 hp stock N/A with computer(PanelFantastic), all the way up to 1400 hp!!!!

I'm not familiar enough with the motors so i want to have the long block built for me.
Also does anyone know of anyone that can build a custom turbo system? Or usually the sandrail guys have good stuff cause they are rear engined.
