The swivel wheels of that end sit in a notched aluminum cleat so they can not move. The roller wheel sits in a full length "V" notched aluminum block. The wingnut, lock washer and stud are 5/15 and with a wedge of aluminum to take up the angle and make a square surface for the nut to clamp down on. It has not moved yet. The 2 pc. handle is clamped in a block we bored and then split, it fits the handle very tight and is held down with a 1/4" stud/wingnut/lock washer. I don't think it is going to go anywhere.
