I would stick to OEM 94mm cylinders,to be honest.You have no gain in HP or torque with the 96mm vs. 94mm.A friend of mine bored OEM cylinders to 96mm and they split at 1 bar,same happened to AA 96mm cylinders.It would be better to go with a longer stroke.A 74mm or 76mm DPR crank would work great and get you more power without sacrificing reliability. - Sorry for the hijack Rule09
