The springs used on the GWD coilover can be ordered at Eibach USA and I guess if you call Bilstein USA they can supply you with some coilover dampers.

I guess 935 style springplates are the best solution.

Alternatively both Tafel and GWD sell a torsion bar cover with some sort of bearing in it, which allows for removal of the torsion bars.
